He flew out by accident with screen door berly open. He is a on legged semi handicap yellow male parakeet with some blue color on bottom front part named "PATITO" about 4 years old and needs to take medication.He can be stubborn and finicky at times.So I don't know if he would trust to approach strangers. He has all his feathers but is not trained to fly high altitude. He has never been outside on his own so he is probably very scared, hungry and tired.
