A parrot has been sighted in buckinghamshire near the Blue Lagoon Nature Reserve. The discription I was given sounds similar to a Dusky Lory, though the bird was described as wet and scruffy, so the body colour could be misleading. Described as pigeon sized, orange beak, brown body, darker on top lighter underneath. She couldn't recall tail length.
