Posting for owner: LOST Christmas Eve 12/24/2013 Willow Glen/San Jose CA: Help is needed in a desperate attempt at finding Einstien, a lost 8 year old Congo African Grey. Owner was away for holiday when she left her beloved Einstien in the care of a family member. He got out Christmas Eve, last seen on Monday 12/30/13 by the Mailman around Nightingale Drive and hasn't been seen since. Owner wasnt notified about his escape until days later. Einstien is fully flighted with exception of a few missing feathers that he may have picked out, does not fly well. He goes outside (supervised) so he's familiar with the surrounding area (noise etc) however there are crows in the area as well as a creek. The owner is absolutely heart broken. Einstien was last lost from Ironwood and Almaden Expressway in Willow Glen, CA. If seen or found please contact Sharon at 408-409-9683 cell 408-227-8993 if anyone sees an African Grey at one of the local Animal Shelters please call right away! Einstien 7yrs has been my companion since he was born I'm disabled and I am missing him dearly.. (ks)
