Lost and Found Parrot / Bird Reporting and Alerting Register

Curie is my little boy. He is 3 yrs old and bright teal color. He is very skiddish of anything but hands. If approaching him please have hands free or he won't come to you. If you have your hand out like your catching a ball he might fly into it. He has no band and no chip. He means the world to me and Im just sick without him. The photo is not him but closest one i could find right now 707-774-2614 PS he chirps with high pitch sound and he does talk but probably won't because he is confused.
