Quaker escaped in Bryans Road, MD area the afternoon of 3/28/16. He is a blue quaker parrot. Unfortunately, he has never flown outdoors before and this is a new experience for him. He wouldn't even come to me, his owner, when I called for him. He seems confused by his surroundings. If you see him, please contact me. Reward for his safe return.
