Our green Quaker parrot escaped Monday June 25th around 7 pm in the vicinity of New Hope Rd., 13th Street and 71B (8th Street) in Rogers. Its young and still being handfed at times so I don’t think it could have flown far and I’m thinking that with this heat, it’s probably not moving much. It took off towards the northeast from Nursery Road. If anyone lives in this area or nearby, could check around there property it would be greatly appreciated. I have contacted Animal Control and posted ads on craigslist.
