Lost and Found Parrot / Bird Reporting and Alerting Register

Thiago, my 7 year old, Yellow-sided Green Cheek Conure is lost. He flew away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Thio is from the Tacony area of Philadelpia, PA. However, his clipped wings grew back & he may be able to fly further. Thiago’s bird feathers look green with a dark red tail from behind. From the front you may see his gray/white neck and his yellow chest with orange/red on his belly. His flight feathers are blue. His beak is dark gray & his feet are pink with gray claws.
