My fiance informed me the other day that his mother let the bird out of its cage and thought he would like a breeze so she opened the window and then she left for the day. I know it is a long shot but if anyone hears of a quaker found please let me know. He is not banded and is very skiddish. I know it will be difficult since there are feral colonies close to this location so I don't have much hope. If he is found I will be keeping him since his mother is irresponsible.
