Please please help me find my Indian Ringneck parrot Tweety! He got spooked on the evening of October 15th and he flew right out of the door and I haven't seen him since in the Ingleside Texas area he was last spotted on Dallas Street, San Angelo Street, and El Paso Street. He is green and blue with blue wings and a long blue tail with a red beak and he is banded. He likes to say peekaboo my baby pretty bird I love you, whatcha doing? My TweeTwee. He goes by pretty peekaboo and babe and Tweety
