Lilo got out on 9/18 in the Dunn's Corners area of Westerly, RI and was spotted on 9/19 at Lathrop Wildlife Refuge on Shore Rd, unfortunately a dog scared her off. Hours of calling in the area that day and the next resulted in nothing. Behavior at home the prior week indicated she may have been getting ready to lay eggs, so she could be nesting. She was nested in the grass and leaves on the ground at the refuge when scared by the dog. We miss her dearly.
