Skittles is a blue quaker parrot, he flew out of the door today and we found him on a balcony across the water, he got scared when I got up there and flew off again attempting to come back. he can make a couple sounds that sounds like he is attempting to speak. Please if you see any sighting of a blue quaker reach out to me I am worried sick about him
