My best friend budgie (parakeet) got out of the house Saturday, his name is Cloudy. He is very friendly and has probably landed on someone's shoulder and hopefully been brought into someone's house. If anyone finds or hears of an extra friendly blue and white bird recently found please let me know. I will pay a nice reward!!
