Yesterday Nimbus, our blue Indian Ringneck parakeet, followed me out of the house. I didn’t realize she was behind me, and I had not clipped her wings, so she can fly well. LOCATION is adjacent to NEUSE RIVER MIDDLE SCHOOL and AMETHYST RIDGE neighborhood in Raleigh, close to Knightdale.
