Zero was able to get out of the house around 830-9 on 9/24. He is a very sweet bird, most likely scared. He is fully flighted. He goes by the name Zero or zero the hero. He may also respond to loki(other birds name) he is very much a lover of food. Zero is a blue lace winged Ring neck. He has a white head and the rest is blueish gray.
