We have an aviary with eight parakeets in Jupiter, Florida. I brought them in the house for a couple of days because the weather was really cold and I was bringing them out and Rain slipped out under my feet. Rain is a year old and was born in our home last year. There is no band.. she is light blue with a very pale blue head. She is an expert flyer..
