Tazz escaped outside from 9920 se reedway stPortland, Oregon 97266. He has been tracked to 10206 SE Mitchell st Portland, OR. He is way up high in a pine tree. He wants to come down but is afraid to. Any and all help is appreciated. Tazz is a 7 year old Catalina macaw.
